In the Hierarchical Organization Information System each employee is created with their corresponding department, designation and section details.
In this system Administration department is the Root Department under which different departments exist. So the Employment hierarchy will start with root department head like chairman and subsequently the department employees with dept head and section employees with their section employees and for sub departments in the departments can be identified.
In this module, Master Data for the departments can be created employees refer this data .Sub departments Can be identified .Some of The departments will have Different Sections. Each Department having Department heads ,so department employees should reported to the department head he may be subordinate to his superior Department he shall report to him.some of departmets having sections so section employees shall be reported to the section incharge he shall report to the department head.
From this Departments, sub departments the Department hierarchy shall be created.
Live status gives accurate information about which Employee Will work in which section his superior employees or his subordinates can be identified along with their corresponding departments so that the employee info can be managed easily. Their performance can be monitored and if need they can be deputed to other department as and when required this can be effectively managed.
The employee details already in the database so the details can be retrieved as and when required by taking the selective criteria from the HR manager.
This following process will be done to get the desired results.
Job rotation process will be invoked when the employee experiences monotony in his work / duty. These will result in poor performance, some times leads to major errors in the field of operation. This can be overcome by job rotation process. In this the employee will be moved to other department of interest, so that the employee will work with renovated vigor and vitality.
In some cases, to fill up the emergency vacancies, job rotation process will be executed to avoid unforeseen delays. In any case along with the candidate / employee his credentials and other associates will be passed to the destination department.
Position weightage will be calculated based on Departments weightage, section weightage and even the designation weightage. Each position in the organization will have certain importance in the functionality of the overall organization. The weightage of the each position will be calculated by using the actual position in the organization and as well as the position in the authority flow.
Vacancies arised in various departments can maintained by filling the new employees or by shifting/additional charges to existing employees.

Scope:
The scope of the project is the system on which the software is installed,ie the project is developed as a desktop(WINDOWS) application and it will work for a particular institute, but later on the project can be modified to operate it online.It ensures portability and therefore compatibility. Our system moves with time i.e. allow for maintenance and upgradation. The proposed system is user friendly because the retrieval and storing of data is fast and data is maintained efficiently. Moreover the graphical user interface is provided in the proposed system, which provides user to deal with the system very easily. Reports can be easily generated in the proposed system so user can generate the report as per the requirements.
Motivation:
The existing software like college information system and student information system does not supports the data management system as per the requirements of professional governing boardies such as NBA, AICTE, MHRD or government agencies. Also it does not supports data analysis and report generation. The existing system does not fulfills the requirements that is actually needed by a technical institution also the existing systems does not allows for information to be presented in ready to submit format for the professional boardies such as NBA, AICTE, MHRD or government agencies.
Literature survey:
Literature survey is the documentation of a comprehensive review of the published and unpublished work from secondary sources data in the areas of specific interest to the researcher. Literature survey is a background work that is made personally. It is based on books and academic publications. The topics of literature surveys are selected so that they support the assignment.
An intentional recording of friction ridges is usually made with black printer’s ink rolled across a contrasting white background, typically a white card. Friction ridges can also be recorded digitally using a technique called Live Scan. A “latent print” is the chance recording of friction ridges deposited on the surface of an object or a wall. Latent prints are invisible to the naked eye, whereas “patent prints” or “plastic prints” are viewable with the un-aided eye. Latent prints are often fragmentary and require chemical methods, powder, or alternative light sources in order to be made clear. Sometimes an ordinary bright flashlight will make a latent print visible.
Material that is on the friction ridges such as perspiration, oil, grease, ink or blood, will be transferred to the surface. Factors which affect the quality of friction ridge impressions are numerous. Pliability of the skin, deposition pressure, slippage, the material from which the surface is made, the roughness of the surface and the substance deposited are just some of the various factors which can cause a latent print to appear differently from any known recording of the same friction ridges. Indeed, the conditions surrounding every instance of friction ridge deposition are unique and never duplicated. For these reasons, fingerprint examiners are required to undergo extensive training.
It is possible to understand if a human characteristic can be used for biometrics in terms of the following parameters:
The identification only succeeds in identifying the individual if the comparison of the biometric sample to a template in the database falls within a previously set threshold.
The first time an individual uses a biometric system is called an enrollment. During the enrollment, biometric information from an individual is stored. In subsequent uses, biometric information is detected and compared with the information stored at the time of enrollment. Note that it is crucial that storage and retrieval of such systems themselves be secure if the biometric system is to be robust. The first block (sensor) is the interface between the real world and the system; it has to acquire all the necessary data. Most of the times it is an image acquisition system, but it can change according to the characteristics desired. The second block performs all the necessary pre-processing: it has to remove artifacts from the sensor, to enhance the input (e.g. removing background noise), to use some kind of normalization, etc. In the third block necessary features are extracted. This step is an important step as the correct features need to be extracted in the optimal way. A vector of numbers or an image with particular properties is used to create a template. A template is a synthesis of the relevant characteristics extracted from the source. Elements of the biometric measurement that are not used in the comparison algorithm are discarded in the template to reduce the file size and to protect the identity of the enrollee.
If enrollment is being performed, the template is simply stored somewhere (on a card or within a database or both). If a matching phase is being performed, the obtained template is passed to a matcher that compares it with other existing templates, estimating the distance between them using any algorithm (e.g. Hamming distance). The matching program will analyze the template with the input. This will then be output for any specified use or purpose (e.g. entrance in a restricted area)

The existing information systems in the colleges are not user friendly because the retrieval of data is very slow and data is not maintained efficiently.

We require more calculations to generate the report since it is generated at the end of the session. All calculations to generate report is done manually so there is greater chance of errors. Existing system requires lot of paper work. Every work is done manually so we cannot generate report in the middle of the session or as per the requirement because it is very time consuming Loss of even a single register/record led to difficult situation because all the papers are needed to generate the reports.

Web File Manager is used to share files, documents, images, video presentations through online. This system just works like cloud application which is used by bank employees. Database structure: This video shows the database structure of the Web File Manager. This project has 7 database tables. The tables are administrator, branches, designation, employees, files, filetypes, notifications. webfilemanager is the name of the database. administrator and employees table stores the database of administrator and employees. branches table stores different branch details. designation table stores different designation details. In the file types user can stores different file types with icon. After uploading files the file path stores in the file table. The alert message stores in the notification.
Downloading files in Web file manager: This video explains how to download files from this site. Bank employees can upload and share files with other employees. This project has different methods to share files. Employees can share files through mail, or public also. Registration must required to share the files to the server. Administrator can view all the files and he has full authority of the website.
Designation module: This module is used to display the designation details of the employee. In this module user can enter designation details. After entering designation the user can view entered designation details in the view page.

Application helps in blocking individual numbers, you can enter the number yourself, select it from your call history or contacts, or you can even block a number series so that you never receive a call ever again. For ex service provider calls or call starting from “1-800” series. Whenever you get a call from a number not in your contacts, a floating window will appear on your screen that shows the name and location of the caller.

OpenStack is an open source, private cloud alternative to Amazon Web Services and other public cloud platforms. The software controls compute, storage and networking resources throughout a data canter. It is managed through a dashboard, command line or via the OpenStack API.
OpenStack Cloud is an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud computing project. It is free open-source software released under Apache License, which acts as platform for creating, deploying and customizing public or private clouds. It’s goal is to provide a flexible and customizable solution for both public and private clouds of any size, and for this matter two basic requirements are considered: clouds must be simple to implement and massively scalable. To meet these principles OpenStack is divided into different components that work together. Logstash is a tool for maintaining logs, here it is used for OpenStack.

From a deployer’s point of view, each service in OpenStack has become easier to deploy with more sensible defaults and the proliferation’s of cloud distributions.
